  Charlie was prompt in responding to our request for a quote. He came to view the job with his drone so he was able to see the issues around the chimney, unlike other people for quoted. He quoted the same day and was able to give a start date in the near future. The team arrived on the agreed date. The team worked very hard, through long days, to get the job done quickly. They were a polite and friendly group who made us feel comfortable. The job was completed to schedule and we are impressed with what was done. The job produced a lot of waste and debris but everything was tidied and removed.
