    Renovation of a 1890's mid terrace 3-bed property

    David and his team are a rarity amongst tradesmen. Courteous, clear communications, value pricing and high quality of workmanship are some of the things that endear me to them. This is not a company that is all about the money. David understands the property and construction market very well and gives very good advice, recommendations and cost-saving ideas that do not compromise on the finish. I've got him on speed dial now. You should too.

    Chimney repair and repointing

    Maintaining and waterproofing our office based in an older ex-residential property

    David and his team, were very professional understood the issue, explained options and carried out the work very efficiently. Really pleased and office now waterproofed properly. Would recommend and would use again.

    Roof redone with EPDM

    Can't thank David enough for fixing our roof at short notice despite a busy schedule. Quality workmanship and completed within a day. All socially distanced and professional. Some decking needed replacing which was not known at the start of the work but as soon as found we were immediately notified and informed what the additional cost would be. Great job and would highly recommend
