  Condensation Control

  Posted 12 October

  Awaiting Building Regulations Approval Certificate

In October 2025, this company replaced the roofing membrane, battens, ridge and roof tiles on my semi-detached house. On completion Tommy said he would come back after a couple of months to check everything was ok but he never came. There were a few issues but since the work was done, the roof has remained dry and free from the condensation problems we previously had. I have been chasing Tommy since December 2025 for Building Regulations Approval without success despite sending multiple emails, WhatsApp messages and leaving voicemail messages. I've put a detailed review on Tommy's website [ADDITION 26/10/26] - [This communication issue with Tommy is now resolved. After Tommy contacted my local Council on 15 October, they acted quickly and sent a Building Control Inspector to check inside the loft on 20 October and he could see no signs of damp or condensation. On the same day, he sent a declaration form to Tommy and I to sign and on 22 October, I received the Certificate of Regularisation which is issued retrospectively after the work is completed. I discovered that this differs from a Building Regulations Approval Completion Certificate which is applied for before and during the work.]

  Roof Cleaning

  Posted 13 September

Very efficient and very good in communication with us explaining their work.

This firm offered a very reasonable quote for what I thought was the original job of cleaning our roof and started work very promptly. Immediately they assessed and communicated well with me that unfortunately my roof was very badly damaged due to time wear and tear. They then were extremely prompt efficient and responsive in fixing all the damage and leaving the property with a wonderful brand new roof. Always friendly and very efficient in their work in general.

  Emergency Damp Proofing Service

  Happy (eventually)

The roof work was itself solid, but had several other issues including a missing building regs certificate, but they did (over time) work to rectify and resolve these problems so I'm now happy.

Many thanks for the good review. It was a pleasure working on your property. I’m really sorry that Buckinghamshire Council were slow with the building certificate but it’s resolved now. Thank you.
