Very professional service, pleased with the job they completed on our roof. Highly recommend!

We noticed that some ridge tiles had become dislodged and advertised the reparations via Checkatrade. We were contacted by Roof Masters who carried out the works & rectified some additional issues. The problems started when we needed the skip removing after the works were completed. They had massively overfilled the skip and the Skip Hire Company refused to collect it as it was deemed a Health & Safety hazard. Despite several promises to return, they never came back & we were forced into part emptying it ourselves. Despite several requests for a written guarantee, we have never received one.

I noticed some loose cement ridge tiles on my shed roof. Placed job and Mick from Roof Masters called me to discuss the work. His team arrived ahead of schedule, discovered job was bigger than expected, as original roof installation was not great. So we discussed what was required, agreed a new price and the team started work. Great lads, quick to work, job left neat and tidy. After job, they walked me through what they had done and that was it. All sorted within 24hours of posting the job!
