10 Flat roof repair

We had our Mansard roof covered by Roofix in 2011. Recently we had some leaks in severe weather. We contacted Mallory and he responded the next day offering a visit in 3 days. On inspection the problem was not associated with the original covering which was guaranteed for 15 years. The new problem has been fixed. I contacted several business to carry out repairs on our slate pitched roof after discovering a crack tile which was allowing water in. Although it wasn’t an urgent repair, I did want the work completed in a timely fashion. Mallory, from Roofix, picked up my job and within 24 hours had given an estimate and scheduled a date to carry out the repairs required, completing it quicker than expected and at a reasonable cost. He gave very honest feedback on the condition of our roof.
