The company representative came on 26th July to assess two similar guttering jobs (neighbouring houses). That was the last contact we had, despite me contacting him directly to chase the quotation. If the company didn’t want the work, they should have told us. If they did want the work, their communication should have been much better. Very unsatisfactory.
