Communication was excellent, Tommy made himself available and never ducked any calls. He supervised both the scaffolders and the skip company. On the day of the installation they were prompt, efficient and tidied up after themselves. The new roof is great I’m very pleased. Afterwards Tommy remained in touch and chased up the scaffolders and skip company to remove those items in a timely fashion. I was contacted by Thomas very quickly after my inquiry, and he was able to call out quickly to assess the job and agree a course of action. He arrived at the agreed time, and completed the work exactly as agreed, as well as a small amount of additional work that was found while we was repairing the leak.
