  The team worked very quickly from the initial visit to the quote and completion of the job, everything was efficient. However, during the work they broke a bird bath in my garden without informing me. When I later found the broken pieces and raised the issue, they did not deny it, but neither did they offer any compensation, despite my request which went unanswered. Additionally, the flat roof was not fully finished — one corner where the boards weren’t properly covered was later fixed, but another corner has still not been addressed. It has now been eight months with no follow-up

  Full strip and re roof

  Repointed chimney

  Barry from Roofline quoted to repoint the chimney, replace some missing tiles and fix the leading that had come away, causing leaks when snow melts. The work was carried out very quickly and to what appears to be a very high standard. He sent before and after photos so I could see more clearly the work he had done.
