I would definitely recommend Richard from Bespoke Roofing Ltd. He is polite, courteous, and timely. We spoke on the phone and agreed a date and time and he kindly texted me to confirm that date and time, which I much appreciated. He quickly sorted out my guttering which had been overflowing, and which I thought was due to an accumulation of moss, but which turned out to be a blockage in the down pipe, all of which he explained to me. As and when the need arises I shall head straight for Richard.

Highly recommend Richard and his team. He was punctual and polite and carried out the work within the given time frames and cleaned up on leaving. We sought a few opinions of the problem with our leaking roof and Richard's reasoning on the problem and solution seemed to be the best way forward to repair. The work is complete and all looks good (time will tell with a roof but we have a guarantee for the work supplied). Richard also mended our gate which collapsed while he was there and also took away some other rubbish that we had for no extra charge. Would highly recommend.
