  Chimney and roof repair

Mike did a fantastic job. Not only did he repair the chimney in such a way that you'd never know there was anything wrong, he noticed some other issues with our roof that we weren't aware of and fixed it for us too. super reliable, great work. 10/10

  Mending leak in UPVC guttering

Shane responded to my email within ten minutes!. He came round to check out the problem and said he’d come back to fix it two dates later. He got waylaid at another job when he was meant to come early afternoon but did turn up at 6.30 pm to complete the repair. Very pleased with the speed with which he responded to my first email. Would use again.

  Replacement guttering

We had some of the guttering replaced at the back of the house. From the initial visit to quote and the work being completed was completed very quickly and to a high standard. Our property was left clean and tidy. Mike also explained other work that would be required and the reasons why, which is good to know and be able to plan for.

  Sorted the problem quickly

Chose roofline amongst a couple of other quotes for being decent value but also describing the work required accurately and not trying to fob me off like some others that just pick figures from the air. Had an issue once the job was finished which Mike resolved for me very politely and apologetically. The work done was as described and sorted the issue of birds getting underneath our tiles and ripping out the insulation.

  Great job and cheerful workman.

Jake was first and only one to contact me. He came from York on his way to Filey for a bigger job. So did me a favour by fitting me in with his lovely son Explained what had gone wrong with gutter and fitted new piece and a double bracket for extra security. Real fine job and cheerful workman.
