  Mark and Mark (father and son team) were brilliant from the beginning. I needed a new roof installed and they guided me through the whole process. They were patient with all my questions, strong communicators, competitive prices, reliable in their advice and output and overall trustworthy which is hard to come by these days.   Very happy with the work carried out by the guys at roof rescue. From the beginning communication was excellent and they were quick, clean, tidy and polite. Most importantly for the standard of work they were very competitive in term of cost, there may be a lower cost out there but nothing that would touch the level of finish Mark and the guys produced. Get compliments all the time on the new roof and recommend them to anyone that asks. 10/10

  I would recommend Mark and Charlie and be happy to use them again. They came out to assess my roof (after about eight other companies ignored me!), took photos and explained what needed doing for both a full replacement of my roof and for just the high bay window roof, which was leaking following a period of heavy rain. They then provided quotes, explained the breakdown of cost and then booked the work in promptly. The scaffolding was up for less than a week and the work completed in a day, very efficiently and courteously, with a 10-year guarantee of work on receipt of payment.
