The bay window roof replacement appears to have been completed to a good standard, and we were considering using this company again. Unfortunately, the work left us with damaged guttering that now leaks heavily onto our windowsill whenever it rains. We have photos and videos of the issue. Despite multiple calls and messages, and being promised callbacks twice, we received no follow-up. We were then quoted £200+ to replace all the guttering rather than repair the damaged section. Very disappointing aftercare and communication.

Dave was great,had a look at the job and quoted. Him and his team decided they had a bit of spare time and started straight away. On strip down found a few other issues, Took photos and advised cladding and gave a very reasonable price. Explained that at this time we had could not go ahead with that but would monitor and if there was any further problems we would let him know. There was No heavy sell tactics, just advice and continued to do the best job he could.

The team ground out and replaced the mortal on two chimneys and the ridge tiles, and replaced a piece of lead to stop a small leak. Time will tell if their efforts were successful, but the work was done well, so hopefully they fixed it.

I went onto check a trade on Tuesday evening as I had discovered a couple of ridge tiles had blown and smashed on my patio and a couple more were halfway down the roof waiting to fall. I had a response within half an hour from Roof Restoration offering to come and make safe the next morning. They turned up and made the roof safe, they checked and all the ridge tiles were loose so I said I wanted a dry ridge system installing, they gave me a fair price to do it so I accepted and they got on with it there and then which was amazing, I now have a safe roof thanks to roof restoration.

The team were incredibly polite, professional, and respectful throughout, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. They offered great value and were clearly so keen to help at every stage. It was genuinely lovely to deal with people who take such pride in their work and really care. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
