John was very good at keeping us informed of the work needing to be done and progress as the job went along. He was attentive and very helpful with ongoing communication. Always felt we were informed and able to discuss the work in progress.

John is a rare gem. Not only is he incredibly knowledgeable and highly competent, he is also professional, punctual, and a man who takes a great deal of pride in his work. He will not leave a job until he is happy that it meets his standards, often going well out of his way to do so. That kind of professional integrity is hard to find these days. He is a very clear and honest communicator and very dependable, if he says he is coming on a certain day he will be there.
