John was very helpful and knowledgeable regarding the work required to replace missing tiles on my roof. He was competitively priced and was able to complete the work in a timely manner, fitting the repair around some of his bigger jobs. Would highly recommend and will use Roofsan for any future roofing needs.

Unsure whether my leaking, old roof needed a full replacement or just isolated repairs, I contacted John at Roofsan for advice. John assured me that a full replacement was unnecessary, quoted a very fair rate and completed the job in May this year. The repairs were extensive but John explained the requirements at every step of the way, completed the work to a very high standard, turned up when he said he would and tidied up as he went along. What a refreshing change! Can't recommend him highly enough.

John was very good at keeping us informed of the work needing to be done and progress as the job went along. He was attentive and very helpful with ongoing communication. Always felt we were informed and able to discuss the work in progress.

John is a rare gem. Not only is he incredibly knowledgeable and highly competent, he is also professional, punctual, and a man who takes a great deal of pride in his work. He will not leave a job until he is happy that it meets his standards, often going well out of his way to do so. That kind of professional integrity is hard to find these days. He is a very clear and honest communicator and very dependable, if he says he is coming on a certain day he will be there. The quality of the work he did for us is fantastic and I would recommend him to anyone. Thank you John!
