He gave us a thorough, clear quote upfront and explained everything along the way, keeping communication open throughout the whole job. Couldn't ask for a better roofer. Highly recommend!

Paul from RoofTech was excellent. We had water leaking through a light in our downstairs cloakroom, so we contacted him. He arrived when he said he would, clearly explained what he thought the issue was, talked us through the options, and gave us a fair quote for the repair. Paul and his team then returned to carry out the work and fixed the problem for the price quoted. They left the area clean and tidy, and he was a pleasure to deal with throughout. We haven’t had any problems since and have used RoofTech again for something else with the exact same outcome.

This is my second review of Paul, so a return customer which is tells you I rate him. We live in a mid terraced house, 3 storeys high. Paul repointed a chimney for me (3 storeys up), flaunched the chimney pots & replaced the lead on both sides of our front roof. There were some other problems which came up, which I expected. It is so high you cannot really tell until you get there. Paul told me the problems and encouraged me to get other quotes. I checked and his prices were OK. He is polite, work hard and his young co-worker has followed Paul's example. I strongly recommend Paul.

Outstanding service from start to finish! Paul was great with advice on creating a watertight balcony roof above a veranda. Punctual, professional, and a good eye for detail. Zero mess, fair price, and top-notch craftsmanship – highly recommend!
