Price covers the first 5 dry ridge tiles. Additional tiles will be charged at £25 per tile. Scaffolding costs are additional if required for safe access. This price assumes standard access to the roof.

• Inspection of dry ridge
• Removal of damaged or loose tiles
• Supply of up to 5 replacement dry ridge tiles (if needed)
• Cleaning of the area
• Application of flexible sealant
• Securing tiles with appropriate fixings
• Disposal of waste materials

• Scaffolding (if required)
• Repair of more than 5 tiles (additional cost per tile)
• Replacement of damaged battens or underlay
• Work on non-dry ridge systems
• Accessing the roof if it is unsafe to do so.
