  Started off ok but quickly went downhill, never arrived when promised so work took longer. Shortcuts were obvious but always had excuses when questioned so because of that some areas have not been finished correctly and now I have a rat infestation in my ceiling

  Single storey extension and kitchen fitted.

  The work carried out by Derek, his team and subcontractors was good up until the roof which Derek and his team installed themselves. The roof has been and still is a disaster even now in November when the work started in April.

  Full loft conversion with 2 bedrooms and one bathroom. Kitchen extension and new kitchen fitted. Re fit of main bathroom. Understairs toilet. French doors fitted to dining room and bifold doors to kitchen.
