Rob gave us a quotation which was very thorough and detailed. He agreed dates with us for 2 days work which was carried out on time and to an extremely high standard by himself and his assistant. This is the 11th year running I have used Rooted Garden Services for this annual job and once again excellent work done by Rob, ably assisted by Graham. As last year, the weather was bitterly cold, but they just got on with the job and the results of all their labour are first class, as ever. Rob is always a pleasure to deal with – courteous, very knowledgeable and professional – and his colleague, Graham, also very pleasant and hard working. I should add I have also used Rob for one or two ad hoc summer jobs over the years as well.
