  The roof needed a lot of tlc and detailed hard work. We found Rosam Roofing's initial quote to be the most detailed and comprehensive, so we felt there would be few unexpected extra costs. This was correct - the final sum was exactly the quote! David and his team were a pleasure to have on site, extremely skilled and professional but also friendly and polite. They took pride in their work and clearly enjoy what they do. 100% reliable and efficient. Totally recommend.

• Unprofessional, not able to deal with own mistakes, fake courtesy

  We agreed to replace the whole roof and put an extra loft insulation under the new roof. The stripping work was ok. Then mistake after mistake started. The roof leaked, because his worker made a mistake. Then they literally fell into our house through the loft latch. When scaffolding was taken away, we found it had cracked roof tiles on the extension. Then we found a wet patch on the ceiling and the wall underneath the new roof. I had to invite a surveyor. David refused to believe his report. None of these problems were fixed by him. He’s gone. The loft insulation is still falling down daily.
