  Contacted Rosam Roofing. Dave attended promptly and identified the issue being the chimney stack which needed re-flaunching / repointing at the very least. He provided a couple of options /quotes. Work was carried out as planned to a high standard. Dave and his team were very pleasant, good communication and professional. Would use again.

  Dave and Callum are great guys - reliable, trustworthy, and it’s easy to tell that they care and take pride in their work! Rosam Roofing are great roofers as you’d expect, but they have a broad range of expertise to do much more! They fully remodelled our side extension; replacing our flat roof with electric lantern, removing a structural wall, and demolishing a lean-to and installing ACO drainage. They provided us with an stress-free service, handling everything from structural/first fix work, all the way through to decorating. The standard of work was excellent from start to finish and

  Excellent work

  I would not hesitate to recommend Rosam Roofing - Dave and his team did an excellent job. Needed a valley replacement, new felt, mortar and a re-tile. All done in a day, very neat and tidy and lots of progress photos to show us what was happening on the roof.

  The best around

  Dave and his team did an excellent job, from the start or the job to the end of the job I was well informed as to the progress, no surprise extras and everything was kept neat and tidy at the end of every day, I couldn’t recommend Rosam Roofing enough!
