Replacing an old gutter
Dreadful experience with this company. First, they fitted a gutter, breaking one of the stone gabions on my roof in progress. Next the gutter itself started leaking a few weeks later, due to being improperly fitted. I requested on numerous occasions via WhatsApp, call, text and e-mail over the last year for them to come and fix it but they just ignored us. I'm now stuck with an attic filled with damp and black mould due to the uneducated 'work' of these cowboys. Will be using an independent specialist to get this assessed the taking the next appropriate steps.

Leak detection and repair
Initially Darren detected three areas where water was penetrating the roof. He provided photographic evidence from his mobile that left us in know doubt as to where the problem lay. He attended the property earlier than originally expected and carried out what appears to be an effective and professional repair. Additionally he also attended and made good a couple of other roof related problems that had given us cause for concern. I am more than happy to recommend Darren and his company to future clients and wish him well.

Complete re slate with double insulation added
Darren has done an exclellent job . The roof is now water tight , insulated with PIR board and felt and is far more level than when we first bought the property . 240m2 is a big roof . Darren gave us a breakdown which allowed us to fairly track any additions and raw material increases , which were a lot this year . Overall very satisfied. Darren is personable , steady with his work , as he looked to get everything just right. Overall we are happy and actually going to miss him and the team now the job is done !

Refurb roof and fit dry ridge
Darren provided a detailed quote following an initial inspection of the roof space. When he started the job he did so promptly and came each of the 5 days when he was expected. The work was carried out to a high standard and always ensured that the pathways were swept and all debris was removed. Darren is an enthusiastic hard worker and I will recommend him to family. Very pleased with the job done.
