Everything was explained to me beforehand. Ross and his workmen were polite, kind and hard working. They went through everything with me before, during and after the work was finished.The standard of work was excellent. Ross gave the Rayburn it’s annual service in March and continues to be of help and give advice when needed. I am so pleased with the new Rayburn and heating system. I can recommend Ross Norman wholeheartedly.

We were very impressed with the attention to detail and that each evening the kitchen was left in a reasonably habital state. The finished installation looks amazing. Ross Norman was also instructive and patient when explaining the new wifi thermostat controls. I have requested that the annual service is undertaken by him
