I am sitting here waiting for remedial work to be done by Ricky I have been waiting for 6 hours.I have rung the office -no reply, I emailed before and now , no reply.Sheerena is not there.I am waiting for the wrong window, a defective window sill, no connectors of the sill, unlevel sills and poorly finished joins to be fixed.I have a plastic patch on the back of the sill as the plastic delivered was too short. The doors don't open and close properly, grind on the floor and won't shut without brute force to smash it close. Window keys, hit the outer rim of the window as they are opened.

Ricky and Craig arrived early on the day agreed and had the conservatory roof changed in under 4 hours . They vacuumed the area and cleaned all windows before leaving. Very pleased with the work and the service received.

Very happy with the new roof panels so far ( too early to say whether they will make a difference yet but time will tell 🤞🤞 can’t see why not) very reliable, on time, clean, all mess cleaned and taken away, reasonable cost.would definitely recommend.

Ricky came to give me a quote for the work and once I gave the go ahead a date was agreed. Unfortunately it was raining on said date but Ricky and co came the next day and they completed the job in 4 hours and everything was left clean and tidy. Thank you guys.

Arrived at agreed time, did an excellent job very quickly and made a very good job of cleaning up afterwards.
