The Round Top Trees team responded quickly to our urgent request to have the limbs taken down as they were a risk to passing walkers. The work was carried out efficiently and the wood shredded and cleared away.

Took just over an hour. They were courteous and polite and informed me what to do at the end. Great service. Fully recommend.

If things go wrong, Jake Davies will deny responsibility. He will not be on-site. Any resulting problems from his workers will not be put right. They broke a brick pier necessitating a re-build which they tried to get out of, and they left many stumps uncleared. They also broke a manhole cover leaving us to deal with it. His refusal to remove the remaining stumps resulted in me having to move 13.5 tons of soil myself and having to employ others to repair/finish his shoddy work We were twice threatened by him and had to take legal advice to sack him, which we did under the Consumer Rights...

The pruning carried out was far beyond the standard we have had from past companies. Their knowledge and recommendations were of a high standard and the result was an amazing transformation of a very overgrown garden.

On time, very proficient, kept me informed at all times checking height, cleared site to neighbours with no prompting very pleased with work.

Work well done. Tidied up well afterwards.
