Tom has been very thorough and very helpful fixing a poorly done flashing work done on our chimney by someone else. Tom also recommended few other corrections to the roof tile works done by someone else to make sure we will not have any problems. Tom was very kind to even go an extra mile to fix the problem during weekend so our chimney issue is sorted before the next storm. We will have no hesitation in recommending to our friends and family if they need any roof related works. I would say his work is 10/10
