The extension looks amazing, Shaun and his team have done a truly fabulous job. Shaun and Steve were always here by 8am and just cracked on with the build, they never once let us down, keeping us informed of timescales and schedules. Honestly the whole project went like clockwork. On Shaun’s recommendation we used all his trades people, without exception they were all really fantastic guys, so professional, courteous with huge integrity and honesty. We nicknamed them the ‘magnificent 7’. I can’t recommend RDS enough, Shaun and team are totally trustworthy and honest which is a rare thing. Thank you guys

I was very pleased with the finished result. He discussed everything with me and listened to what I would like. He was always very pleasant and friendly.

Shaun's team were really great, always on time and kept everything tidy, Shaun always made sure we had things working in the house as the build was on going, i.E sinks working etc and he always kept us informed with the work they were doing on a daily basis. The programme became confused when Shaun had to deal with an issue not connected with the job and we both had holidays. This added to the time. I gave a 9 for tidiness because the team worked hard to keep the house functioning through the work. The garden was a different matter, it could have been looked after better. That aside, the building works were carried out well and we are pleased with the end result. Shaun incorporated changes as we went along and passed savings on to us. We are happy to recommend Shaun and his team.
