Jake was friendly and professional from start to finish. He visited and assessed the job, ran me through the options for repair or renewal and made me feel very comfortable with the process. He arrived on time on the day, carried out the works in good time and showed me photos and videos of the complete works. He was very tidy and took all rubbish away with him at the end of the day. I would highly recommend Rowell Roofing to anyone needing roof works from a reliable and trustworthy local roofer.

Above all else, Jake is a professional. Prompt, polite and a great communicator. You don’t need to like the people you employ to do a job, but when you do, it makes the whole process so much easier. He came over to my property on his day off within an hour of me contacting him. He assessed the roof and gave me his opinion and advice free of charge. I called him back two weeks later to carry out the work which he completed without my head scratching. The biggest compliment I can give Rowell Roofing is that I will recommend them to my friends and family should they ever have a problem.

Our Flat roof above kitchen was leaking. Jake visited our property to assess it and gave us couple of options (either repair or replace with Felt Roofing). We went with replacement option. Jake and his mate Warren got the job done in 2 and half days. The new felt roof is shiny, beautiful and a great work of craftsmanship. We would highly recommend Jake and Warren to anyone looking to sort out Roofing issues.
