Booked a boiler service with Rowlen and was very pleased with the whole experience. The engineer was professional and courteous, and got straight on with the job. Impressively, he spotted a leaky seal that I hadn't been aware of and fixed it on the spot — exactly the kind of attentiveness you hope for but don't always get. Good to have the peace of mind that everything's been properly checked over, not just ticked off. Would happily use Rowlen again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
