Boiler service
This is the second time Tony has serviced my boiler and it has continued to run fine without any issues. He also goes into depth if he finds any faults, reasonably priced, courteous and is very punctual. I would definitely recommend his services

Had no hot water or heating. Call out, arrived quickly and fixed within an hour.

Fixed a leak

Wasted my time
Tony Emir responded to my search on the 22/10/2021. We agreed on a price, day and time. Morning of the appointment he emailed saying his van has broken down. I contacted him a few days later asking for an update and he said it should be ready the next day, he never contacted me, this was in late October. I’ve emailed him this morning asking if I should find someone else and he said I should! Why waste my time and leaving me with a blocked bathroom sink all this while??? Very unprofessional

Toilet not flushing
They have invested in remote pipe camera which clearly showed the blockage which was precipitated by ingress of (fine) roots and build up of waste material. They then inserted a very clever and efficient spinning chain cutter which cut the roots and all waste, which was sown on real time video. The results were therefore spectacular and visibly trustworthy. They went on to visibly scan all other incoming pipes to provide the comfort that there were no other potential future problems. Excellent work, highly experienced and latest technology. How can I ever use anyone else!?

Shower pump
