We have been working with Martin Phillips, owner of Royal Flush Drainage, for a number of years, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. Martin has carried out drainage work for us at Sure Sales & Lettings estate agents across a wide range of properties, both on behalf of our landlords and at our own office, as well as at my own home. On every occasion, he has delivered an exceptional level of service. Martin is always polite, professional, and conscientious. He takes great pride in his work, approaches every job with care and expertise, and consistently delivers outstanding results.

Can't recommend Martin enough. Had 3 drain companies trying to solve an air leak, Martin is the only one to solve it - also the only one to offer to repeat the investigation if the fix he'd suggested didn't work (the confidence and commitment to help I needed). He was thorough, tidy, friendly and polite. He fully explained his investigations/findings, gave video evidence and a clear explanation of the fix. He worked hard to minimise damage where he required access to view pipes and advised how to fix the issue with minimal damage. Wish I'd found him sooner - my new go to drainage engineer

I recently had Martin from Royal Flush Drainage come to my home to fix a blockage, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service. He was extremely professional, friendly, and efficient throughout the entire visit. The issue was resolved quickly and effectively, and Martin also took the time to explain what had caused the problem and provided helpful advice on how to prevent similar issues in the future. Martin was able to easly identify the source of the drain smell in our kitchen using the steam machine. This was much better than a cctv survey that would not have discovered the cause. Very impressed

This company responded to a request I placed on Trustatrader. I had a problem with my sewer pipe. Martin arrived later that day, no call out fee, and was able to fix the problem at a very competitive fixed price. Very professional, respectful and someone who clearly has a passion for his business. Brilliant tradesman and highly recommended. Delighted with his work ! A+++++
