  Shower room

  New bathroom pluming, double shower function and bath all plumbed in and also fixed a leak under the sink.

  Really good job, put down sheets to protect carpet, made excellent suggestion which saved me the need for a pump, finished when planned and as per agreed price. Plus left with everything looking very tidy.

  Boiler Repair

  The good - they were very responsive at first and prompt in visiting the property and repairing the boiler identifying there was a faulty fan. I was quoted and invoiced 340 for the work. The bad - after the repair they advised the expansion vessel should ideally be replaced but because it was difficult to access I should get a new boiler. The ugly - I researched the suggested model (Ideal 24KW) - great reviews. However I questioned why the original recommendation hadn't been to get a new boiler and asked about guarantees on the new model. No response despite chasing. Would not use...
