  Failed to quote in writing. Russell quoted orally. I asked him on subsequent occassions over following weeks for the quote in writing - standard practive so both parties know the price, exact works to be completed and materials. Without this, either party can deviate from the oral agreement and end up in dispute. However, despite several requests, no written quote. He seemed keen at 1st and left multiple flyers but reluctant on the phone. I'm left unable to proceed on the basis that he could deviate from anything said and I can't recommend him as a result. Other roofers have all quoted in writing.

  Phoned Russell to come and look at my leaking roof on back off house , came very promptly to look a said work could be done the next day . Very pleased with the job they did great set lads would highly recommend this company thanks again for sorting the problem out for me in a speedy manner
