Roy is friendly, courteous and knows his stuff. He did a couple of extra jobs for me for free. He took care to put down materials to ensure the apartment was not going to get dirty. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him as his experience as a builder also means he can do the whole job without having to get another tradesman in. He will be my boilerman for future servicing and for gas safety certificates which he can also provide
