Very helpful and knowledgeable

This is the second time we have called on Roy who again responded very quickly to my query about our washing machine which had stopped working and came within the hour to assess the problem. Unfortunately the news wasn't good - he diagnosed a fracture in one of the support arms to the drum which can't be repaired or replaced so was unable to resolve the problem but he clarified that instead our 12 year old machine needed replacing.

Knew straight away the issue with washing machine and advised what to do. Excellent customer service, would recommend.

Royston came promptly to mend my washing machine not emptying. A job well done. I have used him previously too and wouldn’t hesitate to do so again

The problem wasn't the machine as my daughter thought but Roy managed to fix the blockage in pipes and was pleasant throughout.

Came - repaired the machine- all done well - no fuss - came promptly and on time - resolved issues
