Prompt reply to initial request, and arrived on time. A very clean worker with great respect for the area he was working in. Professional, polite, and easy to talk to, he also demonstrated how to use the gas hob after fitting it, and checked the smoke alarms before leaving. Re-location /new boiler and radiators
I made an appointment with him, but he failed to attend. On telephoning him he said that he could not make the appointment for another 2 hours or could come the next day. He said he would phone me between 4pm and 6pm to confirm appointment time. Again, he has not phoned me. Great company!
