Sorry to hear your disappointment about our service. Your insurer was updated and we believed they were updating you . In hindsight we concede we should have spoken directly to you. Complex and complicated repair with parts supply issue from manufacturer.

As discussed at the time we would try and source green parts for your vehicle. I did make clear that this can take time sourcing correct and economic viable parts may take time. Apologies you feel this FOC service hasn't met your expectations
