  Reliable, fairly priced and recommended

Michael was recommended by a neighbour who was delighted with her new garden gate. He stabilised my fencing posts and repaired the fence panel rather than replace with new, keeping the cost down and making it safe for the winter storms. He was reliable and kept in touch re timing and arrival on the job. Highly recommend him, will definitely use his services again.

Excellent quality work and competitively priced

Michael and Adam have recently finished a 5 bedroom house total refurb for us (6 phases over 2 years). We've been really happy with the quality of work, their determination to find solutions to the 'unconventional' that you discover when opening things up and their commitment to ensuring we were completely happy with the result. Michael priced very competitively and invoiced as per quotes. Also, we were living in the house during the work and they were very considerate and family-friendly which made the whole process as easy as it could be. We would definitely recommend RPM Guildford.

  Small building project.

We used RPM to block off a skylight we no longer wanted. It was a quick job and took about a day. There were no problems and it was all completed smoothly once we had arranged a date which took a few attempts. They also did a small bit of sidework looking at our gutters. We would use again.

  5 bedroom house refurb

Michael and Adam have recently finished a 5 bedroom house total refurb for us (6 phases over 2 years). We've been really happy with the quality of work, their determination to find solutions to the 'unconventional' that you discover when opening things up, and their commitment to ensuring our complete satisfaction. RPM was more competitive than the other builders who quoted for phase 1 (thereafter we were happy so stuck with RPM) and invoiced exactly as per quotes. They were also very considerate, child-friendly and easy to have in our space. We'd definitely recommend RPM to others.

  Replace Kitchen Cupboard Doors

Michael and Adam made everything so easy for me, from measuring up to placing the order, keeping me informed, checking my preferences in the small details and clearing up impeccably. Excellent work, stunning job. I could not be more pleased or recommend more highly.
