    This being our first project that required new internal drainage for 2 x ensuites and separate cloakroom toilet plus external manhole connected to the main Sewer which runs through the rare of the property, to say the lease we were a little bit intimidated.     I contacted Dan on Friday 06/09 evening to arrange an urgent assessment for a rental property I manage. The tenants were concerned that the water was not exiting the bath & shower services. Dan arranged an appointment for the next day (Saturday 07/09 @09:00hrs). I received a call immediately before with an ETA and then a call after assessment. The rates were great without a call out charge, so I authorised immediate remedy, and with in a short time the tenant called to ecstatically inform me that all was resolved!
