  Toilet siphon replacement.

  Excellent and prompt service from Ross. Called here the day after I’d placed my ad for a plumber, just after 9am. He had the job sorted in no time. I have no hesitation in recommending him for his skills. Great fellow and nothing was too much trouble for him. Will use again when necessary.

  Washing machine installation and space issue

  I needed a new washer/dryer installed, with a slight problem of a space issue. When I first contacted Ross, he came out and looked at the issue,. We agreed a mutually convenient time/date for both of us, and the quote h gave me was fair and reasonable. He returned as we'd agreed - and the job was soon done satisfactorily.   Replacement of taps and closing of of old shower feed etc.

  Very nice chap who kept us informed with costs and timetable etc. He advised us of a shortfall in one of the already purcased tap system, ensuring that all the appropriate parts would be available on the day. Andy was very tidy and cleared away all excess. Finished costs were exactly as quoted.

  Moved Two Radiators

  Ross was great. Came to price up the job within 24 hours of contacting us then started a few days later. What seemed like an easy job ended up being quite a bit more difficult due to the type of wall we were moving the radiators too (breeze block) but he continued anyway and still managed to finish the job on the same day. We also needed an outside tap fitting but the one we had was too short due to rendering on the outside wall making the total depth thicker but Ross said it will be no problem for him to come back to fit it once we get another. He was really friendly the entire time too.
