Found the tradesmen great on 1st meeting, carried out work on a really wet day. Did not carry out the work as discussed and tried to charge full price for 1.5 hours work. I did not pay the full price. Also they have dropped debris off the roof and smashed my garden shed. I approached about the damage and they refused to accept responsibility they said maybe something had dropped off my roof and damaged the shed. Also stayed in the house while I was at work and waited and waited until my partner had paid them money they even got their phone out and banking app etc pressure my partner.

I'm really sorry you feel this way about our work, the work was carried out to a high standard, the shed damage was not caused by our team, as we explained to you upon a visit you have alot of falling concrete on other parts of the roof which you declined to have repaired. Your partner invited us in to sort the payment as it was a wet day as you stated. She only payed half off the amount owed on completion and stated you would pay the rest later that day but you refused to pay for the completed work even though you were satisfied with the job
