Great job! I can't recommend this team highly enough. They were prompt, tidy, professional, and clearly take a lot of pride in their work. They have made my dream bathroom a reality, tiny as it is! The quality of their work is excellent.

Roy responded quickly to my enquiry, supplied a fair quote in a timely fashion, gave good advice and offered options which he explained in detail for the job. All carpets were protected in the appropriate areas before the work commenced. Sam and Ted kept us fully informed about how they were going to proceed with the job and tackled and completed the work in a very professional manner. The job was started and completed in the time frame given and to the quoted price. All formal paperwork and guarantees were issued quickly. I would have no hesitation in recommending Roy and his team.

Roy and his Team have done yet another great job (recently installed central heating for us). The Team certainly had their work cut out removing the old ‘suite’ making good the walls so they could have a blank canvas. Nothing was too much trouble, fantastic communication support and guidance from the very start, right up to the amazing finish. Nothing too much trouble, professional throughout, courteous, hardworking and trustworthy and very reasonably priced. We plan on getting them onboard for our next future project (Kitchen). Thanks you lot.

Roy and his team did an excellent job from the very start to finish. We had an old back boiler removed, tanks, radiators, the lot, new boiler and radiators installed. Great communication throughout, outstanding workmanship from the whole team who were very knowledgeable, helpful, considerate and courteous. Not to mention very reasonably priced in our opinion. We highly recommend this company who will be carrying out a lot more work for us in the future. Thanks you lot!

Always professional and friendly

Excellent communication from Lily in the office and work from Roy on the tools (Father / Daughter team). Every aspect of my experience was extremely professional from the scheduling of the visit, diagnostics, repair and follow up. Roy is very experienced and was happy to go into relevant details, to explain what was going on and potential scenarios (old boiler with uncertain availability of parts). The boiler was subsequently fixed and is now working well. RH Plumbing and Heating are now my plumbers and heating engineers. Definitely recommended.
