Ryan was fantastic. He researched the external mixer tap model to understand the possible solutions before quoting to come out. When he visited, he was friendly and talked through everything he was doing. It seemed like he really cared about doing a great job and minimising my costs and inconvenience. I would definitely recommend him for other plumbing work.

I was struggling with not one but two toilets that kept filling up with water. I called out 3 different plumbers (one of which wanted to cut a hole in my wall to reach the back of the toilet) - not great. However, I was eventually referred to Ryan at RSL who fixed both toilets quickly, efficiently and without damage to my bathrooms. His work is impeccable and he takes a lot of pride it what he does. He was on time, great communicator and knowledgeable. I couldnt recommend him enough. Needless to say, I will only be using this company moving forward.

Ryan did a fantastic job replacing all of our radiators, flushing the whole system, and sorting out our boiler too! His attention to detail was excellent and everything was completed to a really high standard. He kept us updated throughout, communicated clearly, and was always friendly, reliable, and professional. It’s hard to find someone so thorough and trustworthy, and we’re really pleased with the end result! I’d highly recommend Ryan to anyone looking for any heating/plumbing work!

Really pleased with the radiator installation. The plumber was punctual, professional, and did a neat, high quality job. Everything works perfectly and was left clean and tidy. Friendly, reliable service and I’d happily recommend them to anyone.

Ryan carried out a new boiler install, he was very professional polite and answered all questions I had. He was very patient with me and explained everything. Would highly recommend and would Defoe use RSL again!
