I contacted RSL for a job to replace my radiators. They sent an engineer and after measuring, I was told a quote was going to follow within the next few days. Weeks passed I never heard from them. I contacted the company multiple times explaining the situation and again I was promised that someone was going to get back to me - again nobody bothered. They may be a good company but I found them dishonest.

Plumber tryed selling me more problems by saying oh I need to change the whole shower kit at £489 Im not stupid, all that needed doing was a cartridge on a shower mixer Even the plumber said that will take 7 days to order He spent 24 minutes in my house and did nothing and charged me £150 What a rip off Be careful, when thy come to yr house, its a expensive and different picture, meaning they try making out other things needs doing, avoid please

Done quickly with minimum of fuss. Not cheap and I was very surprised to be asked to pay for it in advance. Never happened before with any service I have had in this house over almost 30 years.

Very happy with this job. RSL services were able to fit me in quickly. The three jobs were completed to a good standard. And the work was done rapidly so there was nothing to pay beyond the callout fee.

Tim was very professional. Nice gentleman. Good job.
