This is the second time we have used RSPS having got a new bathroom in my previous property. This time was slightly hastened by the fact that the bathroom we inherited was leaking. I had gone through my insurance company who made suggestions which would not have corrected the issue. I contacted RSPS as I'd used them before. They helped ensure no wrong and dangerous actions were taken as the tiles had already failed. Gerry carried out a relatively small plumbing job, installing new bathroom sink tap and new wc connector to repair a leaking wc. He took a great deal of time and care over the job, which was very professionally done, and was very friendly to boot. It is very good that a firm of such professional plumbers as RSPS do the smaller maintenance jobs as well as the bigger installations.

I was looking for a new radiator fitting in a spot where there previously had been one and the stopcock locating (a fun mystery!). I had a really helpful chat with Ryan and Gerry came out in just a few days. He measured up and provided a great radiator well fitted. Gerry has narrowed down where the relevant pipework is and Ryan has sent through a plan for fitting a stopcock. Really recommend RSPS - their communication, work and pricing is all excellent.
