Roger helped me with my window that had been taken out by my house's previous owners and poorly put back in and not sealed. He retrimmed the window, fixed all the gaps and sealed everything in, and fixed the window sill on the inside. I had no idea where to start with this job because my window looked so bad and didn't know if it would even be possible but now it looks absolutely brand new and I'm so happy! Roger was brilliant / very helpful and advised on what I needed to purchase to fit my door. Communication was excellent and he did the job very quickly. I had two large aluminium windows that had got stuck and would not open or close. The original installed wanted a huge call out fee to return from Bristol and so I found Roger who attended and said the two mechanisms had failed and could be easily fixed for a very reasonable rate. He came back and job was done economically and perfectly. He also quoted for upgrading all the handles for better quality steel handles and did this as well on a separate visit.
