Super speedy response to request. Came at the exact time promised, gave a quote and options before any work carried out. Came back later same day once parts were sourced and carried out the work. Really professional, nice neat job, checked everything to make sure all ok and left with a reassurance of return so we experience any issues. Really pleased with the service received

The service was fast and highly professional; I never expected the ceiling leak to be resolved perfectly within two hours when I posted the job. For any urgent repairs requiring up to 48 hours, they're the place to go.

Thomas was very quick to respond and his communication for his arrival was great, he even let me know he was running behind. He gave me solid advice with options which I really appreciated (didn’t just give me the most expensive option). I would definitely use him again and would certainly recommend him.
