Richard and his team responded within an hour to inspect a fallen chimney that had also damaged our neighbour's roof. They quickly made the area safe, then installed scaffolding and completed the repairs to a very high standard. Throughout the process, Richard and his team were polite, professional, and proactive—offering practical solutions whenever issues arose.

RTD Roofing did an excellent job repairing our roof, which we really appreciated this week with all the rain! They came on the arranged day, arrived on time, were very polite and tidied everything up when they were finished. We would highly recommend.

Richard was professional and easy to deal with. He listened to the problems with the flat roof and quoted promptly to replace the roof. He provided photos and videos as the work progressed and at completion, which was helpful. The finish looked neat and tidy with the minimum of cuts to the felt. Overall I am satisfied, although the ceiling and walls in the bedroom below the roof remain humid after 3 weeks. I have asked Richard to return to investigate and do a forensic check.

Super responsive and very professional service. Used Richards team twice now, once to re-deck and reline a large flat roof that was on its last legs and had caused numerous problems, and the other to repair a leak on an old failing GRP roof. Both times, very prompt, good comms, and reasonable and fair pricing. I think its only fair to leave a good review if you're satisfied with good work. So, would recommend highly.
