  Supply and installation of new CCTV set up in commercial premises

  Everything was installed perfectly as discussed prior to the work being undertaken. Every detail was also covered in the after care service. Rteq really went the extra mile to ensure that the products and service they offered are exactly and in some ways in excess of what we hoped for.

  Kitchen extension and lighting

  We did a kitchen renovation in 2019, and I wanted to avoid having 20 light switches for all the new circuits so started looking into modern home automation kits. Andrea was immediately helpful with suggestions in our emails. He recommended, procured, installed and configured a full Lutron setup that we love, controlling over 10 different lighting circuits, as well as an integrated doorbell and heating controls. Andrea was a delight to work with and I believe I got more value out of him on this job than any other trade. Thank you for everything.

  Fixed issue with internet and WiFi booster

  Nest thermostat installed

  I've been following RTEQ ltd on Instagram for a while and, being impressed by the quality of their work, I have decided to contact them to install a smart thermostat. Andrea proved his passion towards his job and his knowledge since the beginning, offering a free survey, two different solutions and explaining pros and cons of each one, which made it easy and clear for me to chose the best option. He installed a Nest thermostat leaving everything neat and clean, paying attention to every detail. I am very happy with their service and will call them soon again. Highly recommended!

  Automated front door for disabled use

  RTEQ London Andrea's work far exceeded my expectations all the electrics where hidden with no signs of drilling, absolutely my best experience ever with flawless attention to detail fantastic workmanship no wire coverings, everything was neat and tidy no mess for me to clean up and best of all the door works a treat and looks great too everything I wanted in the system he did but much more I can now come and go with ease in my wheelchair I can let people in and out of the property without all the problems associated with my condition it has been a very freeing experience, highly recommend RTEQ

  Consultation and audio visual installation on a flat being remodeled.

  I live abroad and found RTEQ after an internet search. Had a Skype chat with Andrea, and commissioned him to do the work. I am not prone to hyperbole but I will say that he is superb on every level. A level of attention to detail and professionalism from a bygone age. Would highly recommend.
