Very good and professional approach, front start to finish.

I submitted the job via Checkatrade and within minutes had a direct response from Ricky. Next day he arrived (on time) prepared with parts that he thought would be needed. He was right and had a new ball valve fitted within half an hour. Absolute gent and will call on him for future work. Thanks for your help Ricky. Highly recommended

We had a fitting go on a mains water line. Left us having to turn the water off at the stopcock. Fortunately Ricky, despite having finished for the day at 6pm ish and preparing to go on holiday for two weeks the very next day , came out , was on the doorstep in 10 minutes from the call, and within an hour we were back up and running! Can’t thank Ricky enough for amazing service and despite preparing to go on holiday ! Ricky completed work for us twice now and is a pleasure to have in the house. Thanks for bailing us out 👍

Ricky checked the gas appliances and heating system in a house we are moving into. He was able to complete the job quickly and was very helpful.

Ricky came to do a boiler service, radiator bleeding and gas safety check. A gas leak was discovered and he was able to source it and fix it. Ricky arrived on time and was professional, efficient and tidy. He answered all my questions and nothing was too much trouble for him. I am really pleased with the work he completed and really grateful that he was able to help me at short notice. Would definitely recommend him.
