Marcel was brilliant from start to finish. He arrived bang on time, was friendly, professional and worked with real attention to detail. The quality of his work was outstanding, and he made sure everything was left spotless! Marcel explained what he was doing clearly and kept my wife and I updated throughout, which really put us at ease. It’s not often you come across someone who takes such pride in their work, it was honestly a pleasure to meet him.
