    I recently had Paul from Ruby Dog Ltd come to replace a window, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. He was quick, affordable, and incredibly polite throughout the entire process. Not only did he do a fantastic job with the window replacement, but he also gave me helpful advice on maintaining our doors and windows for long-term use. What really impressed me was how Paul went above and beyond, offering to fix another window in the house after finishing his main task. His attention to detail and willingness to help were outstanding. I highly recommend Ruby Dog Ltd for any window repair .

    Refurbishing double glazed windows and doors.

    Paul assessed what was needed and took a pragmatic view, in other words not trying to add work. He fixed windows as required, replaced some locks, replaced an interior sill, and generally refurbished. The work took the amount of time he suggested and the price was fair. I would employ him again if needs be.

    Excellent! Would use again!

    Paul has done work for us twice. First to was to replace a micro-chip cat flap in the back door and secondly to replace that door and refit the cat flap in it. Paul was professional and completed the work to a high standard. Very reliable and kept me informed throughout re cost of door, lead in time etc. Would definitely recommend.

He was prompt and efficient at identifying and rectifying the problem, as well as communicating and placing timelines on the process. We were in touch on Thursday and the job was completed on Monday as promised. He was very respectful of our home, and quickly completed the job to an excellent standard, explaining what he had done and offering us further advice. I
