Adam was really good throughout. From the initial inspection, I could tell he was very knowledgeable and as I have an underfloor heating system downstairs and the boiler needed a special configuration for this, I had full confidence in his ability to do the work. He gave me a competitive quote quickly, arrived on time and did the whole thing in a day, and organised an electrician to come in and do that part of the job too. He and his work partner are great guys, friendly, experienced, competitant, clean and tidy. We are Worcester accredited partners which allows me to offer up to a 12 year guarantee on any Worcester Bosch Gas and LPG boilers and up to a 7 year guarantee on any Worcester Bosch oil boilers.
We are both Gas Safe and OFTEC registered, as a registered engineers we retrain regularly to ensure that we are up to date with all new regulations.
